My love for hair started when I was just 7 years old. What began as a childhood love for styling grew into a genuine passion for healthy, natural hair learning how to care for it, understand it, and help others feel confident in the hair God gave them. Before Solenia, there was Melaninstylezz. That was the beginning of my journey behind the chair, but as I grew in my faith, I realized my business needed to grow with me. Solenia Beauty Co. was born from a rebrand that I truly believe was led by God. It became more than a new name or a new look; it represented a new season, a clearer purpose, and the kind of stylist and woman I felt God was calling me to become. My goal is to become your natural hair stylist the one you can grow with. I want to help you grow healthier hair while also growing your trust in me as your stylist. I want you to feel comfortable asking questions, understand what I'm doing and why, and know that I'll always be honest about what I believe is best for the health of your hair. I don't want you to leave my chair with hair that simply looks good. I want us to build a relationship where, appointment after appointment, you can actually see the progress we're making together.
